Reproduction rights are being abused. talk to a lawyer about it because you could seriously have a shot at suing them for unlawful theft of your work. What prost said dude, you should at least contact them and say an equivalent of “Hey um I drew that discord, it was colored by someone else and you don’t have the right to use it. I would appreciate it if you removed it from your advertisements.” and site that it’s happened once before. If that goes no where threaten a suit, or hell bring up monetary compensation. Chances are after that they’ll just take him down to avoid any problems and I think I sent at LEAST one other e-mail, took this to twitter a few times, DA, and sent notes to few people who worked on the show to ask for advice on the situation. I got nothing back But I didn’t/don’t want it taken down, is the thing. I was neither offended, or upset that they did such a thing. I just wanted to be acknowledged, like, “Hey, did you know this isn’t art that’s not yours? Just lil’ ol’ me drew it”. Everything else I didn’t cover, just look at my other posts. I can’t deal with this right now. I have pictures to finish. Sadly, but you can nothing do. See every fanart belongs to the creator, but also to the original owner of the subject of the art. Hub belongs to Hasbro and MLP belongs to Hasbro too. If they want, they can take every fanart without a question, because it has materials what belongs to them and so it belongs to them. That is part of the copyrights Hasbro have. But I know it is still sad, because everyone will at least have some credits for his work. And as long they don’t use it to make directly money from it, credits is the least you can ask for.

Follower or not follower

So I finished my picture. It is a great picture. Everyone loves it. And so I thought would also my follower. But it seems that only 4 of all (and I am not even sure the all of the 4 are my follower) seems to like the picture. So, that brings me to an question. Why do you “the follower” even follow me? What do you expect to see here?
